Findability checks
The score includes five checks: the information is within two clicks, uses a plain label, is available as live text, can be found through search, and can be reached on a mobile device. Each contributes one point.
Grade points
Fee table: 2 points. All five levels: 2 points. Median and range, observation fees, a date within 12 months and a Spanish version: 1 point each. The five findability checks: 1 point each.
Letter grades follow the recorded total: A at 11 or more; B at 9–10; C at 7–8; D at 4–6; F below 4.
Grades describe a website on the capture date and are not a judgment about legal compliance.
No facility can pay for placement, grading or removal.
